Vila 25537 , vielha Val D'aran Fiber Optic

Engineers are installing Fiber from Road to host FTTH, however, when I call 1004 they tell me not in my area, can anyone help me? I see all the cables and outer boxes and even the installation engineer confirmed that Fiber is here.
