Pocos FPS

Hola. Hace poco compré un PC un amd phenomx4 955, 6 gigas de ram DDR y una ati radeon HD 5770. El problema es que, por ejemplo, en el Aion Online con todo al máximo y lo del catalyst también al máximo juego con 12 FPS, y no entiendo por qué. Tengo los drivers que venían con el CD y el windows 7 ultimate de 32 bits.

El PC es nuevo y apenas tiene nada, solo el aion, los drivers y poco más.

Algo que he notado es que la gráfica no se acelera. He probado un juego que tenía el call of duty modern warfare 1 con todo al máximo y perfectamente.

Ve a Inicio, teclea "dxdiag", luego ejecuta la aplicación, espera a que termine de cargar, pulsa en "Guardar la información", guardas el archivo, luego lo abres y copias y pegas aquí todo su contenido.

Por cierto... cómo llegaste a esos 6GB? Los Phenom tienen canal de memoria dual, no triple... si bien no tanto, pero pierdes rendimiento.

Aparte de todo lo que ya han dicho de la ram y el SO... ten en cuenta que en los juegos online influye mucho la conexión y los otros jugadores.

Yo por ejemplo juego al Runes of Magic... cuando estoy en la casa yo solo tengo 150 FPS, pero en la plaza central de Varanas, una de las ciudades más concurridas me baja a 12-15 fps. En juego normal (farmeando, instanceando y tal) suelo tener entre 60 y 40.

Tus controladores de video y audio son viejos viejitos y controlador de placa base no tienes instalado. O sea, imposible que te vaya bien el equipo. En la web del fabricante de tu placa encuentras los controladores de placa y audio actuales, y el de ATI lo bajas aquí:

(Un poco más abajo, donde dice "ATI Catalyst™ 10.2 Components Windows 7 (32 bit)", son dos descargas, el controlador y el CCC).

ok gracias Islander, pero tengo unas dudas.

¿Debo desinstalar estos drivers (actuales) antes de instalar los próximos? ¿o actualizo desde catalyst?

Y los de la placa base van antes o después de los del de la tarjeta?

Esperare por que no me atrevo yo ha hacer nada

otra cosa, hace cosa de 1 o 2 horas, puese el Aion y me iba entre 100 y 300 fps con todo al máximo. Lo cerré lo volví a abrir y de nuevo bajó a los 20 :S

Debes de desinstalar primero los Catalyst, pasarle el driver sweeper para eliminar restos, instalar los drivers de la placa base y, a continuación, los drivers de la VGA.

Qué resolución tiene tu monitor??

Así sin más diría que la tarjeta debería ser suficiente para esa resolución, aunque no estoy del todo seguro cuánto consume el AION. Pero bueno, primero los controladores, una cosa tras otra.

ya os digo que hoy he estado jugando al Aion durante un rato con 100-300 fps (dependiendo de la zona) con todos los filtros y todo al maximo (tanto dentro del juego como con lo del catalyst) pero solo ha sido por un rato.

He instalado también el CS 1.6 y me va a 60 fps.

Respecto a lo de los drivers de la placa base, cual bajo?

No entiendo eso de las versiones :S.

y en cuanto a los driver de la grafica, en vez de desinstalar y eliminar los restos, no sería más facil actualizarlos? me da esa opción dentro del catalyst, pero bueno espero que me aconsejeís por que yo no tngo ni idea.

Coge el más reciente que aparece, para Win7, por supuesto. En todo caso me extraña que el último sea de septiembre del año pasado, dónde lo miraste?

Y en cuanto al controlador para la gráfica, es aconsejable que sigas las instrucciones que te dieron.

Pues lo de la placa base es de la página de Asus. Puse el nombre de mi placa base y eso salió.

Respecto a lo de la instrucciones, debo desinstalar los drivers que tengo instalados, (imagino que reiniciar) pasar el driver clean ese, y luego instalar los de la placa base (reiniciar) e instalar los de la gráfica.

¿Con eso me debería ir ya la gráfica?

Afirmativo. De todas formas, ya nos contarás, y si sigue dando problemas posteriormente seguiremos buscando causas. Pero lo primero es tener los controladores bien, que es la base de todo.
